  • Gregorian Calendar depends on the sun, while Islamic Calendar depends on the moon.
  • The number of days in a month in Gregorian Calendar is 30 or 31 with February's Exception, while Islamic calendar has either 29 or 30 days.
  • The number of days in a year are fixed with no uncertain in Gregorian Calendar, while you're not sure for an Islamic one. Although with Islamic Calendars, pretty accurate predictions are made.
  • Seasons vary in Islamic Calendar, as Ramadan can come in summers and after few years it will come in winters too, but for Christmas it's always snowing here.
