How to Get ‘Sea Turtles, Mate’ Achievement / Trophy
For this Achievement/Trophy you have to ride on all seven animals in the game. They are found in the following:
- Donkey – Port Royal / Story mode
- Horse – Tortuga / Story mode
- Pig – Tortuga / Story mode
- Sea Turtle – Smuggler’s Den / Free Play mode
- Snail – Dutchman’s Secret / Free Play mode
- Goat – Davy Jones’ Locker / Story mode
- Spider – Fountain of Youth / Free Play mode
How to Get ‘Green Flash’
You’ll find the clock tower on the left side of the balcony above the tavern. You will need to use Jack’s compass to find the key on the left.
Then place the key on the crank and turn it to raise the green bars along the side of the clock tower.
Select a female character and jump to the green bar. Swing and jump up to the next set of green bars and finally to a 3rd one where you will be able to pull yourself onto a platform.
This will earn you “The Green Flash” Achievement / Trophy.
How to Get ‘The Ride’
The Ride is a secret level and will be very difficult to get to. You first need 84 Gold Bricks to assemble the bricks next to the cannons in the tavern area into a gold mast. So revisit this area once you have completed all 20 levels in Story mode, earned True Pirate in all 20 levels, collected all 200 Ships in a Bottle Minikits and found all 160 compass items.
You will need to complete this secret level in order to get the 85 and final Gold Brick.
Once you have built the gold mast that needs 84 Gold Bricks, walk up the stairs and head through the back passageway that was blocked by a gold gate. This gold gate is the entrance to The Ride.
The Ride has 3 different areas, In the first area, you must defeat 2 enemies from the cursed Black Pearl crew and then finally Captain Barbossa. Once you defeat Captain Barbossa, the gate opens to allow you to continue. Get in the boat and head to the 2nd area.
In the 2nd area, you will face the Flying Dutchman crew. Defeat the 2 of them and then defeat Davy Jones. Once you defeat him, get on the next boat and head towards the final, 3rd area.
At the final area, you will face the crew of Queen Anne’s Revenge. Afterward, you will need to defeat her captain, Blackbeard. Once you have defeated him, get back on the boat and exit the level to earn the final 85th Gold Brick for an Achievement/Trophy.
Gold Brick Locations
Here are some great ways to earn Gold Bricks.
- There are 20 levels in the story mode. For each level, you beat you will get a gold brick. Total Number of Bricks: 20
- Complete “True Pirate Mode” in each of the 20 levels to get a gold brick. Total Number of Bricks: 20
- Collect all 10 mini kits (Ships in a bottle). Total Number of Bricks: 20
- Collect all the secret compass locations. Total Number of Bricks: 20 You get 4 more gold bricks to appear in the Dock, specifically at the far right of the Port, after collecting all the Minikits (Ships In A Bottle) tied to finishing each of the 4 movies. Launch all 4 of the Minikit Ships you’ve made to get 4 bricks total. Total Number of Bricks: 4
- Upon receiving all 84 bricks, build the mast on the east side of the port. You will receive your last golden brick here. Total Number of Bricks: 1
Lego Pirates Of The Caribbean: Red Hats
There are twenty Red Hats known as ‘Extra Toggle’ hidden throughout The Port. The Red Hats grant you special abilities when enabled via the Extras option in the pause menu. Here are the locations of all of them, along with their price.
