Open the permissions.cfg file and look for the vmenu_menu_toggle_key . By default, the value will be set to 244 which is M in the controls document. If you want to change it to F1 then you will need to change the value to 288. If you're wondering which key has which numerical value associated with it then visit this link . The number will be given right next to the key.

How to disable vMenu voice chat?

The easiest way to disable voice chat is by opening the permissions.cfg and deleting the entire Voice Chat Options Menu section at the bottom of the document as shown in the pic below. Alternatively, you can simply remove all voice chat permissions from everyone , which will also disable any voice chat stuff.
