Pokémon Scarlet and Violet have many consumable items in the game that give certain buffs. There are also certain items in the game that are used to evolve Pokémon. These items are known as Evolution Stones and there are different types of them. One of the Evolution Stones is Shiny Stone and it is used to evolve a specific species of Pokémon. Players can find the Shiny Stone on the Northern and Southern Sides of Paldea.

Where to Find Shiny Stone in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet

Shiny Stone is a type of Evolution Stone that is not available at Delibird Presents Shops but they do spawn in different regions of Paldea and players can get them by going to its spawn location. Shiny Stone can be found at the following locations.

Players can find one guaranteed Shiny Stone in the South Province (Area Six). It is in the Southeast of Paldea near the Alfornada Town. Players can find the Shiny Stone at the edge of the lake.
Players can find Shiny Stones at random locations on the Northwest side of Paldea. Players can get there by crossing Casseroya Lake.
Players can also earn a Shiny Stone by catching a total of 150 Pokémon. It will take a lot of time to catch these many Pokémon but it is worth it to gain an extra Shiny Stone.

Players will find them in the Pink Shining Poke Ball so, look for the shining item on the ground in one of the locations to get the Shiny Stone.

To get a guaranteed Shiny Stone, players can come to Alfornada Town which requires progress in the main story path as well so, players will have to progress in the main path named Victory Road and make their way to South Province (Area Six) to reach Alfornada Town.

Once they have reached Alfornada Town, they need to go up on the path that goes up to the mountain. Follow the path to the edge of the Lake and there will be a shining Poke Ball at the edge of the Lake. Pick up the Poke Ball to get the Shiny Stone.

The other locations of Shiny Stones are all random. You may find one or two while exploring the Northwest areas of Paldea.

Shiny Stone at the Auction House

You can also get lucky and find a few Shiny Stones at the Auction House in Porto Marinada. It is also worth checking there, but it would cost a lot of Poke Dollars to be the highest bidder at the Auction.
