It was removed from GitHub because it was caught infecting its users' PCs with viruses in February 2023, It returned in April 2023 but since then the dev has made no official comment about what happened in the past and neither issued an apology. As such we cannot recommend that you use it and recommend using ReShade instead.

We are unsure about this as the older versions that were removed had a virus in them. So there's a chance that the current version might be infected too. We advise not taking the risk of finding out yourself and using ReShade instead.
