How To Install Windows 7 ISO File

Step 4: Plug the USB into the PC that you want to install Windows in and turn it on but press the Boot Menu button (Delete, F8, or F12) before the PC boots up.
Step 5: Select the Windows 7 bootable USB in the Boot Menu and the Windows setup will open. Now simply follow its instructions and you should be done with it in no time.
How to Update Windows 7 to the Latest Version Service Pack
The Windows 7 ISO download we provide already includes the Service Pack 1 (SP1) update and any other previously released updates. Microsoft released Service Pack 1 (6.1.7601.24499) on March 19, 2019, and this is the most recently released version of Windows 7.
