OptiFine 1.14 does not officially exist anymore. It was released as a preview version back when Minecraft was newly updated to 1.14 but was later on removed when newer, more stable builds of OptiFine were released. It is worth noting that since it’s a preview build it might not be stable and you might face crashes. Also, Forge isn’t supported in OptiFine 1.14.

Installing OptiFine 1.14 in Vanilla Minecraft (JE)
Step 1: Download the OptiFine installer and you will see a file “preview_OptiFine_1.14_HD_U_F1_pre6.jar”.
Step 2: Launch it & click Install.
Installing OptiFine 1.14 in Minecraft Forge
Step 1: Download OptiFine and you will see the file “preview_OptiFine_1.14_HD_U_F1_pre6.jar”. Move it into the “Local Disk (C:) > Users > (Your PC Name) > AppData > Roaming > .minecraft > mods” folder.
Uninstalling OptiFine 1.14
If you have installed OptiFine into vanilla Minecraft (JE) then you can uninstall OptiFine 1.14 through the Minecraft Launcher. Go into the Versions tab then click on the three dots and from the drop-down menu click Uninstall.
To uninstall OptiFine from the Minecraft Forge version go to the mods folder in Minecraft’s directory and delete the “preview_OptiFine_1.14_HD_U_F1_pre6.jar” file.
