As players progress through the main story of the game, they get to defeat many creatures and monsters along with unveiling the mysteries that happened to the children of Yaga’s village. Blacktail also has puzzle mechanics that will allow players to solve different sorts of puzzles in the game to progress further in the story. One of the puzzles that players get to solve is Baba’s Riddle in her home.
In this guide, we tell you how to solve Baba’s Riddle in Blacktail.
How to Get Baba’s Riddle
Players will meet Baba for the very first time, after unveiling the memories of two Lost Spirits. The Two lost Spirits that players will have to follow and unlock their memories are Shade of Dragoy and Shade of Slavitza. Affter taking both of them down and uveiling the memories, the players will teleport to Baba’s house where they will encounter Baba for the very first time.
Although, it’s not a boss fight yet but Baba will be speaking Riddles and Yaga will have to find an answers to the riddles to escape the area.
How to Solve Baba’s Riddle
When Yaga’s teleport to a cave or Baba’s house, she will not have any bow or any of her inventory. You will have to follow through the cave to go to the main hall to see Baba. She will be speaking riddles around the snakes’ statues and you will have to find the correct answer to the riddles to get out of her house.
You can move around in the main hall easily but don’t let Baba’s light catch you or it will deal damage to you so, the best way to move around the hall is by crouching and going under the snakes’ statues. The riddles of Baba will be following.
- “… not much thicker than water… but binds stronger than iron”
You will have to go to the Snake Statue that is glowing and you will find the answer to riddle which is “BLOOD”. Interact with the glowing statue to select the answer.
- “… white as chalk but not as brittle… tales stronger than death in it can be written”
Now, more Snakes’ Statues will glow and you will have to go around in the hall and look or the statue that speaks the answer of “BONE”. After finding the correct answer, interact with the statue to move on to the next riddle.
- “… even when off stones, only heavy at times… it can leap, even as it bleeds… ”
Now, more Snakes’ Statues will glow and you will have to go around in the hall and look or the statue that speaks the answer of “HEART”. After finding the correct answer, interact with the statue to complete the riddles of Baba.
After answering all the answers to the riddles, Baba will disappear and you get to open the chest that contains your gear that will help you out of the cave to get back to the Hut.
