Pokémon Scarlet and Violet have many customization options for the accessories of the character. Players will be able to get different accessories from the Shops and random NPCs in the Paldea Region. One of the Accessory Items that players can get pretty early in the game is an Arc Phone Case. Arc Phone Case can be used to replace the Default Case from the character’s Rotom Phone.

In this guide, we’ll explain how you can get the Arc Phone Case in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet.

How to Get Arc Phone Case for Rotom Phone

Players will get a Rotom Phone at the start of the game with a Default Case. The Default Case is red, and you can see the case every time you open a map. Rotom Phone will come out to show you the map or other options. However, this case can be changed by getting a new phone case which can be obtained after completing the Prologue of the game and reaching the town named “Mesagoza”.

It will take 30-40 minutes to go through all the tutorial and prologue of the game. After players have completed the Prologue, they will find an NPC at the South Entrance of Mesagoza. Players will have to talk to the NPC to obtain a new phone case named “Arc Phone Case”.

Location of NPC that Gives Arc Phone Case

The NPC will be standing on Staircase that leads into Mesagoza Town from South Entrance.

Players will enter in Mesagoza from South Entrance as well, but they will not be able to get the Phone Case right away, once they have finished their class at the academy and finished Prologue, they need to come back on the Staircase and talk to NPC to get the new Phone Case.

If you cannot seem to find the NPC, look for a lady with a dialogue message of “Your Phone can reveal your past lives to me…” and then talk to her to get the Arc Phone Case.
