How to Evolve Larvitar into Pupitar in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet

The evolution of Larvitar only requires a certain Level so players will have to level up Larvitar to Level 30 in order to evolve it to Pupitar. Now, there are several ways to level up a Pokémon. You can level up Larvitar to Level 30 by continuously throwing it into the battles. Winning Battles against Pokémon Trainers give a decent amount of XP which will increase larvitar Level.

The other ways to level up are to use Larvitar in other battles like Gym Leaders and Tera Rad Battles who give more XP than normal Pokémon encounters. To get extra XP, you can wash Larvitar by going into the Picnic Mode. Washing Larvitar will increase the Friendship as well as give additional XP. One of the easiest ways to level up Larvitar is to give it XP Candies. XP Candies contain thousands of experience points and by giving it to Larvitar, it will jump across many Levels and easily reach Level 30 and evolve into Pupitar.

How to Evolve Pupitar into Tyranitar in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet

Once you have evolved Larvitar into Pupitar, only then you will be able to get Tyranitar. Tyranitar is evolved from Pupitar and you have to level up Pupitar to Level 55 in order to evolve it into Tyranitar. There are several ways to level up the Pokémon and you can also follow the previous methods of gaining XP to level up Pupitar.

However, since you are leveling up your Pokémon to a higher level, you will have to fight another Higher-Level Pokémon to gain more XP. Try to take part in Tera Raid Battless to gain decent amount of XP or encounter Pokémon who has more than 40 Level. All of these techniques will give you a decent amount of XP.
