Pokémon scarlet and Violet have different elements to get different kinds of buffs and one of the main elements to get buff from is Sandwiches. However, players will have only limited Sandwich Recipes at the start of the game and to get more encounter buffs for different types of Pokémon, they will have to unlock new sandwich recipes and make them at the Picnic Table. Players can get the new recipes as they progress through the game and by going to the Sandwich Shop in different areas and towns of the Paldea Region. Players will also have to buy the sandwich ingredients for the new sandwich recipes in order to make them.

Sandwich Shop Location in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet

There are many Sandwich Shops spread across in the Paldea Region which can be accessed by the players. However, these shops do not have any icon on the map but these shops can be recognized by a Sandwich logo outside the Shop. All the Sandwich Shops are same in all the Paldea Region and it can be found in all the main town and villages of Paldea Region.

Players can find this shop in Mesagoza, Los Platos, Cortondo, Artazon, Levincia, Cascarrafa, Montenevera, Alfornada, and Glaseado. All of these locations are the main town and villages of Paldea Region in which players will have to go as they progress through the main story.

How to Unlock New Sandwich Recipes

To unlock the new Recipes, you need to go inside the Sandwich Shop in any town or village and talk to the NPC with a “New sandwiches” message on his head. The message will be in yellow color and by talking to the NPC, you will unlock new Sandwich Recipes. However, the unlocked recipes will be random and you will not get any option to unlock a specific sandwich recipe. Although, to unlock more sandwich recipes, you will have to progress further in the game by defeating the Gym Leaders or taking down the Titans to earn the Badges.

After earning every Badge, you need to come back to the NPC and talk to him. He will give you more Sandwich Recipes. So, in order to unlock all Sandwich Recipes, you will have to keep progressing in the main paths of the Pokémon Scarlet and Violet and come talk to the NPC in between to unlock random sandwich recipes.

To get more Sandwich Recipe, you need to return to your home in any point of the game and talk to your Mother. She will give you the Recipes of Vegetable Sandwiches. In case you do not know where your home is in the game, it is on the South of Paldea Region. Directly South from Mesagoza.

To see what recipes that you have unlocked, you need to go into the Picnic Mode and then select the Make a Sandwich option to see all the Recipes. All the unlocked recipes will be highlighted with a Text saying “NEW” and the ones are still unknown will be dull.
